A message from Susan:

I have some exciting news to share with you! After 16 years in real estate, I have decided to finally slow down and retire, travel, and enjoy more time with my family. I am so grateful for the business and support from you and all of my faithful clients. It has truly been a pleasure working with you!

As most of you know, my daughter, Sarah Prouty, has been a full-time, licensed REALTOR® since 2014. While she has been working by my side keeping me organized for the last couple years, she has also been serving her own clients and building her real estate business with the same level of service to her clients. What can I say- she learned from the best! It has also been amazing to see the ways she has out-performed me, whether through her digital marketing for properties, connections to local vendors, or attention to detail. As I transition out of real estate, it is such a relief to have an agent like Sarah to be able to continue to serve you to the highest level.
