Do you even live in Jackson County if you've never tried Cream & Shuga??? I say that, but I think it took me a solid 3-4 years of living here before I heard of it. Tucked away in downtown Jefferson, Cream & Shuga is a cafe destination. Coffees, sandwiches, and some delicious treats are their staples. It's located in the old jail, and they've repurposed some of the jail cells as meeting rooms- complete with the old cell doors! It's a great place for a work or personal meet-up, or even just a casual lunch.
